Saying Thanks!

Posted by missmuffcake at 04:46 PM on January 16, 2010
Yesterday in the mail I received a sweet thank you card from a friend that totally put a smile on my face. I think a lot of people do not realize the power of saying 'thank you'. As an Etsy seller and buyer I think saying thanks is important. Some orders I receive come with a thank you (as simple as a printed note) and some do not. I am more inclined to buy from people who do say thank you. When sending out a order I always include a note thanking my customer!

Be it business, to a friend who did something awesome for you or just being nice here are some products that I think will make your thank you stand out.

I always attach a noted with every order I send out with a personal thank you to each customer! I truly do appreciate EVERY person who buys off of me, it makes me more happy than anything when I know someone likes something enough of mine to buy it.

I just bought the stamp. My daughter is a breast cancer survivor, how could I not?

I also agree 100% percent. Taking a moment to say, "Thanks!" for a purchase to a buyer is excellent customer service. I always put in a note with some little goody in my outgoing packages. I'll also give extra kudos to a seller that went above and beyond.
