Poisoned Creations

I would like to introduce you to Kim, the amazing and talented lady behind Poisoned Creations.  I first met Kim off the wonderful Diyscene and immediately fell in love with her poisoned creations!  She is a well rounded crafter and makes everything from skirts, purses and clutches to men clothes, and even sock monsters!  I myself own 3 clutches, a pencil skirt, and recently had her make a one eyed sock monster for my son which he loves so much he won't even put it down!

Now I do love everything that Kim makes, however my favorite piece of clothing is the amazing pink polka dotted pencil skirt I got from her.  This skirt is made of black stretch twill and a cotton pink polka dot gather at the bottom with a black zipper down the middle. Seams are serged and top stitched.  I love that the skirt is made of stretch twill, as it's forgiving to all that Easter candy I just ate.  smile  It's super comfy to wear and it's just a great piece of clothing!  Check it out here:

Now Miss Kim has agreed to donate and amazing clutch for a giveaway this week so make sure you enter to win!

I am very pleased to have a new category added to Creepy Queen Magazine for shop and product reviews.  I am a very much an avid DIY supporter and shop DIY constantly.  I am always amazed at everything I purchase and I love to gush all about it!!

The first item I ever purchased off Etsy was a fantastic hair band from Mercy of MercysMark.  The quality is amazing, and it is SO comfortable to wear….and I fell in absolute LOVE with Mercy.  Not long after, I purchased the most fabulous handbag I had ever seen from Mercy.  This sucker not only was made with fantastic Alexander Henry fabric but was interfaced twice, once with canvas and again in a heavy weight facing making it super tough which is what I need for my bags!!

I still carry it to this day!

I think what makes MercysMark such an awesome shop is not only is her stuff is the true meaning of quality, but she is great to work with and so easy to communicate with…and not to mention fast!  She creates all her own patterns too so you’re definitely getting an original piece.  She also does a lot of custom work as well.  Mercy has definitely made her mark with me.

Check her out, give her some love…you won’t be disappointed.
